* PLEASEΒ reframe from ordering during a time where you need specific dates for your order to arrive. Each order is treated with 7-10 day business processing even with expedited shipping .Β 

Shipping Time:

Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive in 2-3 days.

Delivery Carrier:
For a reliable and secure delivery, we use trusted carriers like USPS Express or UPS. Your package will require a signature upon delivery, ensuring that it reaches you safely.

Order Processing and Shipping For Closures+Bundles:


For orders that include HD lace closures and bundles, please note that THISΒ product needs 10-12 business days for processing.Β 


Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, simply send us an email at infohenoyahairlabel@gmail.com, and we will assist you in canceling it with a $175Β fee * NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please keep in mind that there are cases where we may need to cancel an order if it is flagged as high risk. In such situations, you will receive an automatic refund.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay as secure payment options. However, please note that we do not accept cash, CashApp, or Venmo for regular orders. There are unique cases where cash is accepted for same-day delivery and pick-up, with no additional fees.

Return Policy:
Products in unused condition can be returned within seven days of purchase. Returned products must be unused with product tags attached to qualify for a return.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only; refunds areΒ permitted within seven days of purchase.Β 

*Due to the nature of hair extensions we cannot accept hair that has already been installed .Β 

* You have 7 days after delivery to return your extensions in its original state and unused to be considered for store credit .Β
